Postpartum Foundations:

Semi-Private Postpartum Recovery Training

Small group.

Doctor-led.

Built for the body you have right now.

You had a baby. Now everyone wants to know when you're "getting your body back."

Here's what nobody tells you: jumping back into your regular workout class after your six week clearance visit doesn't mean your body is actually ready for it. In a class of twenty plus people, no one is watching for the coning in your belly. No one is going to catch that your pelvic floor isn't ready for that jump, or that what you're calling normal (the leaking, the pelvic heaviness, the aching) is actually something you don't have to live with.

This is different.

This is a semi-private training series, capped at four people per class, led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in postpartum recovery. You get the eyes-on guidance of a private session, at a fraction of the cost, in a room with other moms who get it.

Who is this for:

Moms six weeks postpartum and beyond (yes, even if your baby is turning two). You want to get back to being active, safely, without peeing your pants, without prolapse, without wondering why you still look pregnant so many months later.

What makes this different than a regular gym class:

  • Every exercise is designed around what your specific body needs postpartum, not a generic fitness plan.

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy is watching your form, every session to give you personalized feedback. You're not left to figure it out from just a video screen or in a large class where your face is one in a sea of many.

  • Over the course of eight weeks, you progressively build strength, mobility, and coordination, and you leave with knowledge you take with you- back to Orange Theory, back to Burn Bootcamp, back to your lifting sessions or whatever it is you loved to do before.

Why it's worth it:

Cost for the 8 week session is $280. That's $35/training session. Yes, this costs more than a large group drop in class. It's also less than most people's insurance copay, and you're working directly with a doctor who has spent years specializing in the postpartum body. Think of it as an investment that protects you from the bigger cost down the road: a worsened diastasis that requires surgery, a prolapse that requires surgery, or incontinence that doesn't go away on it's own and needs to be contained with expensive pads and depends over the course of your life.

Spots are limited to 4 people per session. Join the waitlist below to be the first to know when registration opens.
