Join us for a small-group training series designed for moms who are ready to return to exercise safely after having a baby. Run by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and mom of 3, this program promises to be a safe, supportive, and empowering program for you to gain confidence in your postpartum body.

No more guessing at what exercises you should or shouldn't do after having a baby. In this class, you, and a small group of moms just like you, will receive the best and latest in postpartum pelvic floor and core recovery so you can get back to doing what you love.
Investment: $280 for the entire 8-week session
(That's less than the cost of 2 pelvic floor physical therapy visits!)
We are on a mission to help more women be strong, dry, and confident.
All moms, regardless of delivery method, are welcome in this class. We are going to help you understand the changes your body went through during pregnancy and delivery and how to work with your body as it recovers. The class is designed to start gently to be friendly for newly postpartum moms, but is applicable to all moms, regardless of how long ago baby was born.
