Prepare Your Body for Birth Through Intentional Movement
At Foundation Physical Therapy, we believe birth preparation is about more than just making it to your due date- it's about helping your body move well, feel supported, and build the foundation for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Our Birth Foundations Mobility Classes are small-group pregnancy movement sessions designed specifically for moms who want guided mobility exercises to support a more comfortable pregnancy and help prepare the body for labor.
