One of the reasons Foundation PT was born was because of a deficit in quality care and information surrounding women's health and infant development. We are passionate about collaborating and creating an environment where women can access the information, services, and community that they and their families need. We all deserve to thrive.

Foundation PT is located inside the Fox River Collective, a group of wellness providers dedicated to serving women and families. Among our providers are mental health, physical therapy, massage therapy, lactation, midwifery, and psychiatric nurse practitioner services.
Foundation PT is a part of the Waukesha Downtown Business Association. The WDBA sponsors and runs a number of community events like the Farmer's Market, Friday Night Live, Trick or Treat, and more! Check out the WDBA to see what's going on around Waukesha.
